The FWHCC is demonstrating its commitment to developing Hispanic leaders for Tarrant County by creating a young professionals group called Latino Young Professionals (LYP). LYP provides motivated and energetic professionals ages 25-40, the opportunity to interact with successful business owners and corporate executives on career placement, how to advance within, community involvement and network opportunities to serve on committees or junior boards. It also creates a support system for its members to move collectively in reaching their goals.
