DFW Area Vendor Fair

Tarrant County Public Agencies are collaboratively holding a Vendor Fair Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at one centralized location (Tarrant County Resource Connection). All Small, Minority, Women, Historical Underutilized or Disadvantaged Businesses and Enterprises are encouraged to come out.  Attendees will get the opportunity to meet buyers from different businesses throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth areas, attend workshops, participate in one-on-one interviews with buyers, network and learn about both current and upcoming bid opportunities.

Tarrant County College’s 7th annual Abrazando al Éxito event serves as the college’s culminating event for Hispanic Heritage Month. With the purpose of celebrating culture and student success, this event seeks to invest in our community’s future Latino leaders through professional development, personal growth and scholarships. This year’s event is appropriately themed, “Los Caminos de Nuestros Sueños”, and seeks to highlight the multitude of pathways Latinos have taken towards reaching their dreams.


Éxito  Banquet with renowned comedian and motivational speaker Ms. Shayla Rivera ( The following opportunities exist for involvement with this event.

  • Become an event sponsor ($250).
  • Donate to the Abrazando al Éxito Scholarship through the TCC Foundation.
  • Contribute to the event’s “Caminos Project” Scholarship ($177 per scholarship).
